    When I try to download asseto corsa competizione it says “sorry, this game or app isn’t compatible” but I have already payed and it said that it was compatible with Xbox one.

    As per checking, Assetto Corsa Competizione is compatible with Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles.

    Could you please stop the installation if there is an ongoing installation on your console, then perform a power cycle on your console.

    Please follow the steps to Power Cycle your Console:

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Once done, kindly follow the steps below:

    Go to My games & apps > Full library, select the Filter button, and switch the All console types filter to Xbox One

    From there, you should see the Xbox One version of Assetto Corsa Competizione and can install from there.
