when I try to connect to xfinitywifi internet on my Xbox the button to log in doesn’t load...

No errors or anything. Just as a side note, the store on my Xbox also doesn’t come up properly. And if I try to go to the Xbox site on my phone, the page doesn’t fully load if I’m connected to my WiFi but as soon as I come off it the site loads perfectly. It is very bizarre behavior. I’m thinking it has something to do with my internet in my house but I’m not sure what could be causing it.

I have the digital version, the game won't load without an Internet connection when I turn on my Xbox one but if I turn on the Xbox one with an Internet connection it loads and if I unplug the Internet from the Xbox one after I'm signed into Xbox live it
also loads, I tried redownloading but it's the same result, all my other games work offline and there's nothing on the devs official sites or anywhere on the internet about this game needing Internet to play, and there is no message when the game won't load
telling me I must have an Internet connection or connect to Xbox live, I hope this issue will be patched

i already tried but could the issue be that i connected to the free 1 hour of xfinitywifi thing and it didnt work so i turned off my console or is that not possible

My update doesn’t work, always saying try again something went wrong. I have a great internet connection but still doesn’t work

To clarify, my console is connecting to xbox live and the internet just fine when in network testing, but as soon as I try to redownload my profile about halfway into loading it says this console can't connect to xbox live OR there's a problem with the credentials you're using to login

I changed my microsoft password and even put my xbox serial number to my account, still can't get it to log in.

I have no idea what to do, I just wanted to play Diablo.
