    When I try to connect Minecraft PE to my Microsoft Account the game crashes


    Whenever I go on Minecraft Pocket Edition and try to sign in to my Microsoft Account the game shuts down and crashes. My phone then comes up with a message saying "Minecraft PE has stopped responding"

    I've tried a things, such as restarting my phone, closing other apps and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

    I have a Sony Xperia phone (Android) It's old-ish but I've never had trouble with it before.

    Does anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong?

    Hi,

    As I understand it, you are experiencing issues with running a game on your device.

    Is it possible that your phone could either be running an outdated software version or an outdated version of the game?

    If either your phone or the game needs an update, this could be affecting gameplay.

    Hello, I have the same problem with my account. Microsoft MADE me login again to play Minecraft PE and it somehow created a new account on THE SAME email.

    Now I can't access any of the games I purchased, but somehow still can access Minecraft PE, but not JAVA and Forza Horizon 4, please help because this is the equivalent to waste of money!

    Microsoft or
    Xbox websites with your Microsoft account? We recommend checking the game for any updates through the application or the app store on your device. If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest
    uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Be sure to let us know the results!
