When I try to chat in the Minecraft chat it says I am unable to due to my privacy settings

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

Is this happening on Xbox, PC or mobile?
If it’s on Xbox, what console do you have?
If it’s on PC, are you using windows 10 or 11?
If it’s on mobile, are you using android or iOS?

In any case:
Is this happening only with this game or if you try a different game something similar happens?

I can't chat in the chat section of Xbox clubs I am in. It says- "Sorry you cannot chat". How do i fix this?

Have you checked your privacy settings or age restriction settings?

i've been getting isuses with minecraft windows 10 edition. Even though the settings for the chat are enabled in xbox privacy settings i can't chat with other players.

I am sad to say, this is not the case. I went to do that, and go to my privacy settings and for Xbox One/Windows 10 privacy settings and it still said.
We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later.
I still am unable to change this to let me set these options.

I am getting the same error when I try to buy rust deluxe edition I'm not able to purchase it without contacting Microsoft and have been unable to get to the chat for over 24hours due too an error that pops up when you click to wait on call back or go into chat room.
