    Do you share your account with more people? Please keep in mind that something like that is against Microsoft terms and conditions, so your account can be restricted for that reason.

    Additionally, are you able to see a date regarding when you can switch your Home Xbox?

    Its not about deleting the accounts or formatting the console. The accounts which were on the console need to have a different Xbox set as their home Xbox. Then you will be able to add yours.

    You can have 6 accounts per household, only one designated as home box, and 5 switches per year. If you meet all these requirements then contact support and explain. Link.
