When I try to buy ad free solitaire it tells me I have the wrong password for microsoft but...

1. Sign out from your account on the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store
2. Reset the Microsoft store cache using the wreset.exe command

3. Go to PC Settings > Apps and features > installed apps > go to advanced settings for Microsoft Solitaire collection > click repair and reset.

4. Sign in again with your account on the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store

5. Finally, open the game and verify if you’re able to make the desired purchase.

When I try to access Microsoft Solitaire Collection to play it tells me I have to update before accessing but it doesn't give me an update when I try to update.

The Solitaire Collection ran just fine yesterday. It showed the ad, you viewed the ad, then used the "X" in the top right corner, which brought you back to the solitaire game you were trying to play. Today, after the ad runs, it automatically takes you
to the Microsoft store. When you exit the store it brings you back to the solitaire game but runs another ad, then brings you to the Microsoft store. This happens repeatedly and you can't get past the ad to play the game. I'm wondering if the free version
of these games is going to not longer be available, or if MS is planning to fix this issue.
