    I've tried logging into minecraft on a new device, but with the same account i have always used. But to my surprise my multiplayer features we're blocked. So with the limited information I had I went on a search to find the privacy setting that would allow me to play online. I found the setting, tried to access it but i get this:

    Oh great thanks microsoft for not letting me post images on the forum.

    Anyway, i basically get this error message:

    "We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later."

    I will not provide a list of things i tried so far to potentially fix this:

    - different browser

    - different device

    - removing myself from the family group

    - crying for help

    - trying to change the settings on a different account(same error)

    - using a vpn to try and access the page from somewhere else.

    - adding myself to a family group with myself to try and change the settings on a parent account

    - restarting my computer

    - slamming my desk

    - restarting my modem

    - clearing my cache

    - clearing all my temp files

    Please someone help me, Minecraft Realms are expensive.

    Can't update Privacy and Online Safety Settings - Unexpected Error

    My problem isn't on the Xbox console but with using Xbox live to sign in to the windows 10 version of minecraft on my PC. I'm completely unable to change any privacy settings on my account, so I can't log in to a friends realm. It seems to be an issue with
    the Family settings - I have access to them on an adult assigned account, but I can't change them. I get the error message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later"

    I have done this, still no effect.

    I downloaded the app, and all of the restrictions on my main account are set to off.

    No screen time restriction

    Content restriction - 18+

    All other settings - Everyone/Unfiltered.

    I'm still getting in-game messages saying I cannot access online content due to my profile privacy settings

    I have also tried going back via the webpage, but still get the same message when trying to alter the Windows 10 settings

    I'm getting the error code when I attempt to access my Windows Live account on Xbox Live. My 360 has no problems connecting to Xbox Live, but when I try to sign in using my Windows Live ID I get the error code message.

    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to help you, just remember that you're not talking to a Microsoft employee.

    I'm sorry you are going through this situation, on the device you used you could always access the multiplayer mode without problems?

    If so, the problem should not be that your account is misconfigured, but that the game on the new device does not detect these settings.

    If you play on PC, try the following steps:

    1. Open Windows PowerShell (Administrator).

    2. Copy and paste these commands execute them by pressing Enter, you must do this for each one.

    - sfc /scannow

    - DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    - DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    3. In the Windows browser type "wsreset" and run that app.

    This will open the Microsoft Store, wait a few seconds and close it.

    Restart the PC and try the game.

    Regarding your problem with viewing the configuration page

    https://account.xbox.com/Settings

    Try accessing from the browser in incognito/private mode using mobile data.
