I typically get that screen (even before the recent update) when I'm streaming and temporarily lose my internet connection, thus getting dropped out of Xbox Live itself. Try going back to dash and signing in again, then launch netflix again. This should
do the trick.

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. Im sorry to hear you're having trouble with your streaming bug. sometimes it has to do with your internet connection so before streaming try reconnecting to the internet and also check out your resolution
on your steaming app because sometimes it makes the stream go slow when you are on a higher resolution, and if that doesnt work then you can try using your steaming settings and see if their is something wrong or off there

Try removing the apps by uninstalling them then clear the cache restart your xbox and download the apps again I hope this helps also check your connection wired have better connection for streaming.
