When I tried to play minecraft I was forced to make a new account and can't login to my old one

We understand you need help with your Minecraft account. We truly understand how important for you to get back on your main account and not that new account that was forced you to create a new one.

What we can highly recommend for this is to directly contact the Minecraft or Mojang team for them to be able to check your account on their system and the same time to provide a timely resolution. They have the right tools and visibility on the server of the game.

Already contacted them first but they told me this.

I can't login because It's send a code to my old phone number or my old email address which one is deleted.

So only way if I make a new xbox account?

I can delete this xbox account and make a new with the same email address?

Sorry English not the best at explaining. So no I've forgot my microsft account so I was forced to make a new one because I couldn't get any emails. I changed my email for my ps4 i have everything all my games and everything. On minecraft I was logged
out of the account and is telling me I have to link to be able to play online . When I try to link it says I can't successfully because I my ps4 account is already linked but I can't access my old email and password inorder to log in.

Yes. I have tried both accounts (old Mojang and new Microsoft) to log in on the launcher. Also for both on a fresh install of the launcher. When trying to login on the launcher with my old Mojang account, I get the notification that it has been migrated to my Microsoft one. And logging in with the Microsoft account gives the demo only option.

Next, I checked on my Microsoft account, and there I found that I only have the option to buy a new copy of Minecraft.
