    Says i need an internet connection but i'm connected via lan cable

    I've tried connecting to my phone hot spot and the same thing occurs i've gone down the list of possible solutions with none of them working i've tried creating a new acount to see if its my pc and i can sign in perfectly on that new acount so i think it may have something to do with my acount.
