If you mean that you want to transfer data between two Xbox consoles (especially if you have an Xbox One or Xbox One S, and you've upgraded to the Xbox One X), you can still transfer your game/app installations over your local network.

Just remember that when you transfer games that were originally installed via physical disc, to an Xbox Series S, they will be unplayable since you need to insert the disc to launch the game and the Series S does not have a disc drive.

You can use a Xbox Transfer Cable, probably find it at Gamestop for a few bucks, this will transfer the data from your old hard drive to the new one. Or, you could simply use a Flash drive/thumb drive to transfer over all of the data. The Transfer cable
is my preferred option, but it's up to you.

Also, once all of your data has been transferred, you'll need to do a license transfer over to your new console. Linky for that.
