Have you already tried manually updating the category of your stream through a web browser? When visualizing your stream via a browser, there should be an "Edit" button that allows you to change the stream's title, category, and tags.

Your answer is not satisfactory since the issue is specifically with Xbox Series X and S so far as I've seen, which are systems that came out well after Mixer shut down. I have been streaming on Twitch through my Series X and even I cannot stream a single game now, every game states "this game does not allow streaming" including games I HAVE streamed in the past.

So there's something else going on that is not "we shut Mixer down over a year before this console launched"

PS4 and PS5 can stream directly to YT and Twitch, my Series X which is supposed to be the best there is can't stream no where.

I have to remote play on my PC and stream to YT with OBS at a blazing 720p@30fps, people would guess that MS could do better than that.
