    When I start remote play on windows on my Xbox app a black screen appears.


    Hello Xbox community, I have the Xbox app on windows and with the insider hub, and have joined the windows gaming, as I try to start remote play with already my remote play enabled on my xbox consle and signed in, as I start remote play a black screen appears forcing me to quit the game or quit the Xbox app, I have gone through xbox support and tried unistalling, reinstalling the Xbox app on windows, but I am unable to remote play from console to windows by Xbox app. Can please someone help it's been going on for a long time now?

    A black screen appears when I start remote play on pc, Xbox app, I have been through all Xbox support and checked, please, this been going on for 4 months .

    It didn't seem to resolve the issue that when I start remote play on my windows device from the Xbox app (windows), a black screen appears forcing me to exit out the Xbox app, I have tried all Xbox support please can someone help?

    Windows 11 won't connect to Xbox series x.

    That’s the thing neither will work on remote casting it’s just a black screen on the Xbox app and it won’t appear when I press windows + K for remote display so neither will work.

    PC app remote play not working properly.

    Everything on my computer works fine. I can play games fine and making a new windows user does not fix it. It is an issue with remote play on the Xbox PC app specifically, nothing else. It connects for a brief moment with audio, but would be a black screen and then disconnect. only saying "something went wrong".

    Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

    When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

    But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened

    VUDU app failing on Xbox since early March

    I have the black screen of death on two separate Xboxes in the house, but vudu app appears to work out my Windows 11 desktop. Pretty sure Vudu just needs to address their app.
