When i start my game it say give it another try our use a cod and that doesn't work what...

I'm having the same issues said there was an outage and you guys are in it. Left me with a code and to use the hid insider app and describe what my issues are, but the app won't play either keeps giving me a code 0x97e107df...smh

First it works good with fifa 14 then i started playing cod ghosts... when i say xbox record that the pop up on the right comes up but not in the middle what says game clips saved... sometime it will recore nothing and sometimes it takes 1 to 3 maby 4 min
to get the pop up in the middle thats says game clip saved its anyoing beqause with fifa i say xbox record that the pop up in the middle comes up right away.... and with cod its not comes up right away i tried everything reset my router turn off the xbox delete
the game cod en download it again etc but nothing works en another thing my nat says open but when i start playing cod it says moderate.... whats up with that ? Hope to hear soon from xbox or someone
