When i sign ontoCant sign onto my account in xbox one

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

When i sign onto my xbox one is say we have a problem with my account but my friend was able to access his account so i know the network is working

Please try to log on to your account on either of these 2 links. Xbox websiteor Mircosoft website with the account
you trying to log in to. If you can log in fine there, I suggest trying to do a power cycle and redownloading the account on question if you can log into both those sites without a problem

Try signing in at account.microsoft.com and see if it pops up a box that will give you any information.

Dr Black Bones someone like signed onto my account or something and changed the gamertag and then took it on there's or something like that because when it happened I got the notification that my account was signed onto on another console and my GT was different

Can I suggest you do a password change on your account as the first action. If may be somebody is using your account.

I have two Xboxs and my kids sign in on the 2nd one. I used to have the same issue when they signed into my account on that Xbox, I was merrily fighting my way through the an End Of Level Boss only for the account to logout because they signed me in to
get onto their favourite Minecraft map.
