    I purchased an Xbox One S from the MS Store online on 11/24. I should be eligible for the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer (50,000 Rewards Credits). It does not appear that I have received these. The Microsoft Account I use to shop at Microsoft Store (which
    was created automatically when I made my first purchase in 2012) is different from the account associated with my Xbox Live account, but I don't see the credit on either account. Please address this. Thanks.

    Since the Credits for that event were pending on your MyRewards page since the 4th of this month, you should expect to see this as a deposit in the end of month deposit this month.

    I assume you mean the Series S, not the one S. There are no program through Microsoft to trade discs in for credit/digital downloads. You could check with local game stores to see about trading them in for credit to get Xbox gift cards or something like that.

    The xbox one S you are reffering to is the Xbox one S Digital, It's for downloading games only not discs you can download them from the microsoft store instead of buying via cd.
