When I save & quit from my Minecraft world, I get "Local save successful but cloud sync...

Thanks. But my local save was not corrupted. It is that I did a Xbox factory reset. After that, I did try to re-sync my Minecraft world (500+MB) and the console said "the cloud save is corrupted".

Is it possible that I get the "corrupted" save from your cloud storage and then I can try to repair it? The Minecraft save is so precious to us. Is this possible?

If your worlds have been deleted directly from the game, then there is no way to recover those saves. Minecraft worlds are saved via the cloud when played online or are stored locally when played offline, then synced back to the cloud when played online again.

You might be lucky, that the cloud save hasn't been updated with the crashed world yet.

In that case, try the following:

Go to the Minecraft tile in "My Games and Apps", and press the Menu button. Choose to manage the game.

WARNING! The following steps will delete the local save storage! If the other worlds haven't been synced with the cloud, your saves will be gone!!!

So if you are willing to take that step, clear the LOCAL save storage of your Minecraft game.

DO NOT choose to delete the games from all consoles (i.e. the cloud storage)!!!

With the local save gone, start Minecraft.

The console will then try to re-sync the local saves from the cloud.

If that worked, you might have a working world from a previous save.

I am quite sure that all that needs to be done is that my cloud data be rolled back to 4:30AM 11/1/19 AEDT for minecraft and that will fix it.

Because the minecraft cloud synced with my local save, which was from days ago due to the fact the syncing was broken in the first place.

DO NOT erase your local game saves storage like Microsoft support might says!!! There are sync problems and I was told to do that and now all my world's are stuck in the cloud and I can't retrieve them till they fix it, if they ever do. To solve the problem they told me I had to erase my local game saves, and then sync back from the cloud. What I would do is find a way to transfer your world to Minecraft realms and save it to another device that way. I wish I would have done that. Your worlds are not safe on the Xbox or on its cloud services. They basically can't do a damn thing, neither Minecraft support or Microsoft support.
