    I just got this email and I think they have the wrong error code. I am getting Error Code 800704DC. Not 8015D080. I am 21 years old and I am currently in college. I am not a child. I have kept my patience up to know but after seeing this email getting aggvated
    and frustrated. First I felt like I was being forgot about and being pushed off to the side or placed on the back burner. Now I feel like I am being treated like a child. Can somebody please fix this. Give them the correct error code. I have said 800704DC
    over the phone, on chat, and on here, until that is the only number that appears in my head and I am blue in the face from repeating it. Like I said I am trying to keep my patience but I feel aggravated and frustrated knowing that they are trying to fix my
    account based on a different error code instead of the actual 800704DC. Can somebody please help me out here.

    Update. 3/22/2012 at 10:47AM. RN: 1173217763. I still have no access to my Xbox Live account. I called earlier and they saw that my account was promised to me by Last Friday. It is now Thursday and this all started about 10 days ago. I am currently using
    the account Mathias let me recover as mentioned earlier and I had to use my own credit card to upgrade to gold. It was only $1 for 1 month so no big deal on that part I just have to remove the credit card information. But when I called Xbox about possibly
    getting some live time the guy first said I don't have access to RNs at the time and when I mentioned that two women working their said they could compensate me with live time he immediatly had access to the RN. I have waited and waited for Xbox to fix my
    account so I can recover it. I was promised my account Last Friday and it is now Thursday and all I have been given this week is the run around. Will you please look at the RN and give me an update on this please. My patience is slowly wearing thin. I understand
    it will take time but that is not what has me upset. The one woman I talked with over the phone was able to message the escalation team and give me an update in a few minutes. She was the one that said the Escalation team promises your account back to you
    by Friday (last Friday) now when I call I get a run around. So will you please look into this and tell me what is going on with my account. Thanks.

    It is Monday and I still dont have my account. I was assured and promised my account would be returned to me by Friday and because of this I missed the Mass Effect 3 Weekend. Another person said 3-5 days. This all started last Monday and Tuesday. Can you
