When i press to install game on my xbox microsoft store nothing happens.

This issue could be caused by various factors, such as network connection, storage space, or corrupted data. To troubleshoot this problem, please follow these steps:

1. Check your network connection and make sure it is stable and fast enough to download games.

You can test your network speed and performance by going to Settings > Network > Network settings > Test network speed & statistics on your Xbox One.

2. Check your storage space and make sure you have enough free space to install the game.

You can manage your storage by going to Settings > System > Storage on your Xbox One. You can also use an external hard drive or delete some games or apps that you don't use to free up space.

3. Clear your local save games.

• Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
  
• Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.
  
  1. Select Clear local saved games.
     
  Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.
  
• Select Yes to confirm.
  
• Once your console restarts, try installing the game again.
  

4. Reset your Xbox Console settings.

• Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info and choose Reset console.
  Select Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

hey when i restart my computer nothing happens and i don't install it directly on the microsoft store

it is there but I am still unable to download it when I click on the microsoft store of my xbox for instalation nothing happens but I still have access to my bonus map

I cancelled the install but when i click “install” on the microsoft store nothing happens. However when i interact with the download on the xbox beta app its fine.
