Installation of games for Xbox Series S should be easy as this console is for digital games alone. To isolate the issue, please provide us details about your concern:

1. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue that prevents to install a game?
   
2. As long as you have the account that has game license.
   
3. Try checking the Xbox Network, please update us if there is an error message or you may post a screenshot so we can check it.
   
   • Kindly go to Xbox Console's Settings.
     
   • Select Network and Network Settings.
     
   • Look for NAT Type and error message/code.
     
   • Please reply with any error message/code you notice.

On MyXbox one Gears of war three is conpatipal right well i have a disc and i read on the cbox website its supposed to install and eveytime i put the disc in idk if its installing because it doesnt do anythig but ahow the game is in and when i veiw the game
it says bundle only like i cant even play it on my disc

If I don't have the series s by the 17th and the pre-order is for all generations can I play on my xbox 1 and have the data transferred to new generation when installed on new system?

It just says pre ordered but on my xbox it isnt in my games and apps ready to pre install. I have got the pre order bonus installed though as when i was on the store it said "manage you own this" and when i clicked that it was there to install but the main game isn't.
