When I played games like apex or r6s, my games crashed Event ID 2004 Source PerfNet

Hello,
Recently I have a new graphic card 2080. ( was 2070s)
Since then, my whole pc act really odd.
Just as the title, when I played games that need better computer then my game will crash. (Ex: Apex, R6s)
After that, I went to Event. It shows error and the event ID is 2004 and resource is PerfNet.
Also I got warnings that event codes are PerfProc 2002 and Perflib1008.
I tried the method I searched on the Internet to restart my Server status to on (It was on before I reopen)
And It was on automatically open.
It did NOT work out.
I really don't know why cause this and hope you will help me!

I don't know if this problem is related to my PSU or not.

My pc automatically reopen itself one time, so I doubt my PSU have a problem.

Do you have the same problem when playing other games, or is it just these two games that can have crashes.

You can try using clean start to rule out other programs.

Yes it's happened on all games I've tried to play, roblox, r6, fortnite, and apex.

I used to be 100% towards Pubg but after playing Apex, I'm switching to Apex. It's free to play, no game crashes, smooth gunplay, fun casual pick up and play. Also, I'm much more relaxed playing and losing when it comes to Apex. Fortnite isn't what I like
and I haven't even tried Blackout.

It does always seem to crash when i connect to a match, connect back to the lobby, or at some random point in a match. Ive tried a hard and soft reset and reinstalling the game but those only seem to help for a day. For the most part it is this game that
crashes the most since i can tell exactly when the game will crash, for others its only a one time thing then whatever game im playing wont ever crash again for that day. I had 2 other games that would crash every 15 mins but i deleted them and I’ve only kept
Apex. Sometimes Apex works like the other games with 1 crash other times it happens more often then the times i mentioned. I will check for an update and maybe just uninstall apex for a few days i dont know. Thanks for your help and if it keeps up i will let
