When I open the Microsoft Store it loads for a few seconds and then closes

No, an error message is not shown when opening the apps. I attempted the PowerShell then restart, that did nothing. When I attempt to open the Xbox App or Microsoft Store, it will open for maybe half a second, then close it self.

I attempted to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ and I'm still met with the same problem of the game not opening. I installed visual c++ 2022, and I also followed this step,

"Click Start and type 'WSRESET', without the quotes.
Right-click on the command and click 'Run as Administrator.' Click 'Yes' or 'Run' if the Windows permission box appears.
A black MS-Dos screen will appear for a few seconds. Please wait for it to disappear, and the Store will automatically open.
Attempt to Install the Forza title."

Nothing seems to be working and it is disappointing as the game is enjoyable I haven't played it in a while, and was looking forward to playing it..

Update: It now seems to open randomly sometimes when it doesn't just constantly keep loading or closing, and it takes me to the continue page where you wait for the loading screen before entering the game, then it closes or never loads...

still the same when i open xbox app it just load for like 2 second and close itself

you can follow these steps:

Open the Start menu and type "wsreset".

Right-click on "wsreset" and select "Run as administrator".

A command prompt window will open, and the Microsoft Store app will automatically launch.

Wait for a few seconds until the command prompt window closes and the Microsoft Store app opens.

Try accessing the Microsoft Store again and see if the issue is resolved.

I managed to install, however when I open I see the game beginning but then it closes, it opens and then closes - sorry the English

And also now ONLY when I open the FORZA in the store, the store closes ALONE

if I open anything in the store it is open, but when I try to open the FORZA appearing "downloaded", the store closes when I click ....
