When I open Microsoft rewards on xbox it shows service unavailable. Try again later

> If that didn't work kindly uninstall and reinstall the Rewards app.

the problem is not on your side.

Atm Play more earn more doesn't work. And sometimes it's telling you to check your region and sometimes it's unavailable at all !

Just keep on trying, sometimes it works - 5 minutes later it doesn't etc !

Let’s try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then try again.
