When I log into my Microsoft account on Minecraft.net, The Launcher shows it is not bought.

Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account. Since you mentioned that it doesn't show up on your transaction history, this means that your Minecraft was purchased on a different account.

Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have the Minecraft transaction. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log out and re-login to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

One thing I don't understand however, is that I have logged into minecraft.net before on my current email and it had also showed up before. For some reason, it does not show now. Is there anything else I may be missing here?

This is not about the website, this happens only when I start minecraft launcher;

I get the screen asking me to choose an account I already logged on or another account

When I select my microsoft account it displays the error I mentioned.

Also if that can help identify the problem, I installed the minecraft launcher from minecraft.net as the one from microsoft store doesn't work as well. (sais it can't update the launcher)

So I went on minecraft.net and bought another account and my mom had me also buy it on the Microsoft store, Microsft for Windows + Launcher. The payment went through and everything but I don't have the account if there was one.

So yesterday pop up show that says to migrate to microsoft. I successfully manage to migrate my account, and my mojang account was deactivated. Now in my loncher i cannot log with mojang account, only microsoft available, but when i log in it only shows Play demo mode, even when i try to buy new copy it shows i allready have bought it. New launcher downloaded and still same problem, tryed to remove mojang account from launcher, still same problem. I read all the microsoft articles in help centre, and still cant access my game. Please help.
