Please try this troubleshooting:

Go to the Xbox app and right click the game in your library, after this go to the option "manage", then create desktop shortcut. After this, right click on the shortcut you created and select it to run as administrator.

Thank you for the update. Are you playing on Xbox console or PC? If you're on PC, do you use Xbox App to launch the game? If not, please let me know.

If you're on PC Xbox App, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game? This is for us to eliminate any possible issues with a corrupted file.

To verify and repair game files on the Microsoft Xbox App for PC, follow the steps below:

Open the Microsoft Xbox App and highlight Black Ops 6.

Select the […] button next to the play button your game title and choose Manage.

Select Files, then select Verify and Repair.

You will then receive a pop-up warning you that you will not retain any mods or game saves that are not backed up.

Select Yes to continue, the application will then verify your games files. You can launch the game once completed.

If this does not fix your issue, we can then conclude that this is more of a game issue rather than a hardware or software since you are not experiencing any issues when playing other games. What just happened when you launch the app? Did you get any error code or error message?

May I also know from which country are you currently located?

Does the issue only happen to that particular app? How about your other apps?
