What specifically doesn't work? The stream audio or the party audio?

Seems to me that the OP is playing using the Remote Play function but the Microphone doesn't work when in a party chat whilst using the Remote Play. the Mic works fine when directly connected to the Xbox or used via the Xbox App

Thank you, but that is not what I asked. My problem is ONLY hearing the Party chat. When joining a party, all OTHER audio is suddenly lost. The second I Leave, it returns.

I've just discovered that the issue is only a problem when in a party with others. When in a party alone, I can hear everything fine but my microphone detects no input.

It's really weird because when testing my connection it says I'm just fine, no service alerts or anything. But when I join a multi-player game of MW3 even then it will say I have either a 4 bar or 3 bar connection. However, when I try to move about the map
I begin skipping around walls and back into building almost like I'm being lag switched only problem being that this doesn't happen just one out of a couple games but every single time I've tried playing for the last 3-4 days. Also, when I join my friends
party chats either my voice audio skips in my friends headsets or their voices get glitched in mine. Very frustrating to say the least, I have no idea how to fix my problem seeing as my internet seems to be working fine but when it comes to xbox live I'm having

You can try troubleshoot audio issues in parties by the following:
Check the Xbox status.
Not hearing the other person after joining the party.
Getting echo when another person talks.
Not recognized by Kinect when you talk.
Party chat audio comes out of TV when headset is connected.
Game or app audio becomes inaudible during voice chat.

Just so that I am clear when you are trying this in party chat? In game chat?

You can hear the other players in the chat but they can not hear you?

Are you starting the party through the stream on the xbox itself? Or are you starting the party through the xbox app on the pc itself?

These are two different things.

I personally have noticed that if I try and join a party through the Xbox itself and not the xbox app I can hear the other people but they can not hear me. If I join the party or start a party and have people join through the xbox app on the PC then it works
fine.

So try that and see if that fixes your problem.
