    why is it that I still can not switch to party chat I join a party (when the xbox lets me after 20min off trying to join the party) and when I do get in it will not let me switch to party chat starting to feel like iv been ripped off with the xbox one seaming
    the 360 is better in every way

    Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try switching to party chat.

    My Xbox Live keeps dropping partys and (Xbox Live) will disconnect and also It will kick me from online multiplayer games saying that the server disconnected

    Xbox one wont let me do party chat and when it decides to let me chat to my mates it kicks me off had it 2 days and done factory settings 7 times already

    Cannot Hear Voice Chat

    I've had this happen to me, and it was a few days before I could fix it. Hit the start button, go to settings, go to communication Sub menu and where it says voice chat options you have to select in game because it probably says party. Whenever you join
    the party it will automatically switch from in-game to party chat when you leave the party you have to go to the settings and turn this back to "in game"
