    When I go to start a party, now it says Party chat is blocked. Error Code [0x87DD0013]


    All of a sudden I get on, and I can't start parties. I looked at my enforcement history and I haven't gotten suspended for anything in the last year or so. So I don't know why I can't talk to my friends now. > : ( Also if I go into Online Saftey settings
    to see if something is disabled so I can't join parties, I can't even access it, when I try to manage them, it says "Try Again There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. LIKE **** Also in Message safety, I can't even access it, it
    says the same thing that the other thing says. I need help, like why does this happen to me... I didn't even do anything to deserve this horrible situation. : (

    Now that everything is working any party chat I join show me as disconnected with the error code 0x807a1007 saying my network settings are blocking party chat. Was working fine earlier and I have an open NAT

    As far as I know that is not a notice of enforcement. This is the support page on that error code

    If there was enforcement on the account it would be listed on enforcement.xbox.com. You would need to log into that site with the parent account to view the enforcement for a child account and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not
    go into great detail on the incident that lead to the enforcement action.
    The message with the code was "Party chat blocked. Check your enforcement history by visiting enforcement.xbox.com". I logged into my parent account yet there was no enforcement listed.

    Thanks for trying the tips. I have observed error 0x87DD0013 being associated more with party chat issues but not with sign-in so this is truly odd behavior. I will call this out to the developers and request an investigation. If they have further questions
