also when going to Settings > System > Storage Devices and highlighting the sdd it doesnt give the option to format

No updates available, I can switch my install location to my other drives except the one I want. It says it's location is not set up for installing games. When I go to set it up, I try changing "New apps will save to:" to another drive which is when I
