It seems that you are having issue with the display of your screen when playing some games in your console. Let us help you get to the bottom of this.

This issue could be caused by a few different things, but one possible solution is to check your display settings. To do this, go to your Xbox settings and select "Display & sound." From there, you can adjust your TV resolution and make sure it matches the resolution of your TV. You can also try adjusting your TV's picture settings to see if that helps.



If that doesn't work, you can try clearing your Xbox cache. To do this, hold down the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.

For real this sucks. Best game of the year and I can't even play. App insta crashes when it gets to the first all black screen. Loading wheel does a half a turn, then stops. Followed by app crash.

The wifi signal is 100%. When i do connect it and run tests everything checks out as working.

Even if I go offline. Start the game it loads up.. I start playing, THEN turn wifi back on it immediately kicks me out back to the home screen.

Ugh

Similar keeps happening to me, rather black screen or it starts to load game and loads the games loading screen but just stays there, i don't use my xboxone for days or weeks as i use my ps4 and when i turn it on to game this happens. I have to fully turn
it off then back on again to get it working.
