when i go to play MW2, my xbox live on 360 won'tconnect help?

Hi there sorry you having this issue. have you tried clearing your cache or resetting your router. try these two steps first and the restart your xbox and then relaunch the game.

I have got ghostbusters on xbox live I have a xbox 360 . I would like to play with my grandson but when I go into xbox live at the setup part it will only let me play. I don't want to play with other players live just my grandson with our xbox 360 consoles

i too am having the same issue and unfortunately the link wasn't helpful as it does not have this issue listed.

all my 360 games used to work fine on xbox one but now the game starts but as soon as it tries to connect to live it says "unable to connect to xbox live" However if i play a xbox One game it works fine. i set my old 360 up and exactly the same issue...its
driving me mad, it doesn't make sense ! .Somebody suggested that i could of been banned on 360, i do play a few old games like MW2 GTA4 and inevitably end up in hacked lobby's but have never cheated or received a message to say im banned. i miss my old games

So I want to play a backwards compatible game on the xbox one but when i go to play xbox live for the 360 it says theres a problem with the credientials that your using to sign in. 807B01F7 i feel like i tried everything i cleared my cache done a bunch of

P.S im trying to play call of duty black ops 2 if it helps

When I try to play halo reach on my Xbox one it won't let me connect to Xbox live for the 360 format. Help?
