When I go to look at my active suspension(s) after my account was banned and I submitted an...

I can't submit a case review on them as they have ended and I have no active suspensions to set a case review on and the enforcement team no longer is active on their forums so I cannot post there. When I contacted Xbox support they went through some troubleshoot
methods with me and confirmed my suspensions ended last weekend, yet I'm still affected. They suggested my suspension was extended but hadn't been updated on Xbox's site, but I have waited a week now and it's still not over and I have heard of people in My
problem waiting a month and still affected. I also can't go use another profile as they are all affected on this console too. If was perm banned I wouldn't be able to log in. I can't see if it's been extended to the enforcement site

So what I think that has happened is that you have a console ban, not an account ban

but it wasn't supposed to be a console ban right? Otherwise on the other profiles on the console it would say that they have active bans on the enforcement site and none of the other accounts do it says they have a perfect record.

So what am I perm banned or something? Was the console ban a mistake for an account ban? And if so how can this be fixed without me having to try contact enforcement because I cant submit a case review as there's no active bans to submit one for and they
have no number, email and aren't on their forums anymore.

My account was banned in 2011 and now when I sign into the enforcement history to view the suspension it's blank. According to the enforcement history, I have no active suspensions or enforcement history. Yet I'm signed into my banned account.

I've wanted to attempt to appeal it, as it's been quite a long ban now for what it was banned for.

Any help?

Once it has been longer than 12 months, you cannot submit an appeal. That and the enforcement team website didnt exist back in 2011 (thats when they used a forums page) so because of that it wont show the suspension from 2011

i was banned for x-raying when i actually was loading a chunk that took a bit to load and now my account is banned please unban me

Youd have to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to submit a case review. That's the only possible way to have a ban/suspension lifted.

I just posted my problem on the suspension thread, hoping they look into my profile actions and determine wither my account will get banned due to this idiot who hacked me or not. So fustateing worrying if im going to get banned or not over it when i couldnt
control it!
