    When I go to download Catherine the download restarts after a while.


    I have been able to download games before just fine until today. It gets to about 80% or so and restarts and it's annoying. It doesn't give an error or anything it just goes from 80 or so back to 0!

    Requesting refund

    Restart your console, and try cleaning your cache. It sometimes solves some misterious problems. After the restart, go to you download history and download the tokens again.

    I can't download Catherine

    I'm trying to Download the game Catherine but every time i try to download it, it give me this Message "This item isn't available from your current location"

    It's the only game that give me this message i can Download ANY other game except for Catherine

    Can someone please help

    I can't login with Microsoft on the latest Minecraft launcher.

    Open the Registry Editor, locate these paths and delete them

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_LOCAL_MACHINE_SYSTEM_CurrentControlSet\Set\Services\GamingServices

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_LOCAL_MACHINE_CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet

    Restart the PC, open the Microsoft store and go to your library, then go to check for updates.

    This will cause an application to download, this may take a while.

    Once installed, restart the PC again and repeat the process again to check for updates. After this try your download

    Can't download anything from Xbox app

    Same here. I installed the app today as I got a 3070ti and wanted to play. Tried downloading forza. In the download bit it says preparing 0% then after a while it just removes itself from the download queue.

    However after restarting the PC, its begun downloading, give the age old a try?

    Same issue. I noticed while I was playing BF4 that the download was relatively stable. Most of the time my Titanfall download would go from queued to downloading then to Installation Stopped! within a minute or two and I might get 2 minutes worth of downloads
    once in 5 attempts. Tedious.

    I found that when I loaded Peggle2, I could download for about an hour uninterrupted then I had to restart the download again but quitting Peggle2, restarting it then kicking off the download again. Managed to get Titanfall installed in under a day with
    only minimal restarts (as opposed to literally hundreds to squeeze out a couple of hundred MB).
