When I would try to play it would say can’t connect to online services.

when I try to go online (fortnite)it says check your connections and it advises me to test it in Settings.

when I go online (apex) it tells me it lost connection to Xbox live and EA servers please check your Internet connection.

when I go to test the connection it says my console is connected to the Internet.



when I go to test network speed in statistics it tells me it’s unable to run the test because I need to be online to see network statistics.

i’m not sure what it’s supposed to show but in the network settings screen on the far right where it says current network status it says service info is unavailable. It doesn’t even show the Wi-Fi that I am connected to.

Yes, I get an error message saying can’t connect to multiplayer game. What happens is I will start a multiplayer game and then my sister will see it in the join multiplayer game menu. She’ll click on the game and it will start loading then the error message will show up saying can’t connect to multiplayer game. I’ve tried starting the game on both devices but both devices get the same error message. I’m not sure if the update is the right problem but that’s the only thing I could think of. Both devices have the same DLC’s as well.

Same problem here. I am on Xbox One. Please EA/Microsoft/Xbox, help! I was also on Act 3. The error message says “Update needed; You need this update, but we can’t get it right now. Try again in a while. (0x8b050033)”
