    Have had the Xbox one for nearly a year with no issues. When switching it in it always asks me to sign in with password. Suddenly last week for no apparent reason it started by asking me to connect to my wireless network. I chose the right one, put in the
    password but it says it can’t connect. Tried all the usual trouble shooting things, e.g. switch off and switch back on. The reason it is giving is that it says the password for the wireless network is wrong. It is not. It’s the same password I’ve had for 5
    years. I have checked it with the back of my hub to make sure and all other devices at home are working fine. I’ve gone on for 5 different days in the last 2 weeks in the hope that it will just connect - but it hasn’t. Can someone help please?

    When I sign into xbox.com the parent password is correct, but when i sign into xbox live on my xbox and the terms of privacy box pops up, i enter the same password and it says its wrong. Why is it saying this when I know its right?
