when I earn a achievment, i dont recieve the achievment

HELP!!!!

I downloaded saints row 2 last night and i haven't been able to earn any achievments. I know i have gotten some of these achievments because i looked. Can you earn achievments on games you have downloaded? This has happened before where i have not been able
to get achievments when i play borderlands(a game i have downloaded). But on border land its said i had earned the achievments they just didn't show up on my profile.

The think is though I have already tried all the suggestions they had but it still isnt working, I cant unlock achievments on any games any more..

Multiple achievements in Forza 7 that noted Gem earned on screen that have shown up.

The gems that show up when you earn an achievement is just to note that it is a rare achievement. It doesn't have anything to do with gems earned through the Rewards program. In order to earn gems you either have to complete a challenge (which are listed
on the Missions page of the rewards site), complete offers, and you can can earn gems for every 1,000 gamerscore you earn and/or reaching new achievement tiers.

I have already recieved some for various achievements that have been done on there so why did I get those then?

Dont worry about it, as Tatakai said, they made it so everyon who plays gets the Oynx War Supporter Medal. This unlocks the 70G achievement, the 25G achievement for earning a Onyx Medal, and you no doubt recieved a ton of XP so you levelled from 10-15 very
quickly.

Im gettin WEIRD

I tried the above steps and it did not work. the high risk high reward achievement is hard to get, and have already earned it twice I dont know how many times I need to earn it to get it to unlock, I have video proof of it , i dont get why it cant be unlocked
for me. and as for the forza achievement...I no longer have the game . So do I just miss out on that achievement?
