When I do game capture on my PC, only the top left of the game shows

Look at the top left of this page. What region is showing next to the 'Support' link? Now what region is your XBL account?



I only ask because when I checked the game on this website it is showing as $19.99 for me. And then when I went to the game in the Game Marketplace on my console it is also showing as $19.99 for me. (Gears of War 2 is even showing
for $19.99 for me on both as well)

Sorry to hear about your game capture issues. Do these clips show up if you go into the Xbox console companion app on windows?

Specifically, when you open the app, select the Capture button along the left bar. Using the filters at the top, select "On Xbox Live" and "By Game"

This should allow you to scroll down to the mentioned game pages and find the captures. Keep in mind that game names are based on what the publisher asked for so Splinter Cell might be Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell and Stick of Truth might be SouthPark: Stick of Truth. You can delete and scrub your captures from within this app as well.

Yes, I did do that, but when I went to my PC, the game appeared in the condition I left it when I first switched to Laptop. The progress I had made on my Laptop did not show.

If I understand what you are talking about, it sounds like you need to empty the capture folder on your PC. The Game Bar will show the files that are in the capture folder. When you moved the capture folder it sounds like it changed the modified date
on your old captures so they all showed up as recent again.

I do own the app. Captures will not delete from there either.

The captures also do a cycle where it shows all the “deleted attempts” and won’t delete, then it’ll show no old clips I’m trying to delete (it’ll show any recent clips I’ve tried to add) and that’s when it allows me to upload. It also will show all my old clips and screenshots and when I go into recently captures, it shows the most recently added captures to Xbox live. Right now, it is showing 101 clips and when I click on recently captures, it shows the 4 I managed to slip on to Xbox live only. It’ll eventually revert to the 101 clips and not show the most recent ones.
