There are several things you can try to fix this problem:

Make sure your Xbox console has the latest updates.

Restart your Xbox console.

Relink your Discord and Xbox accounts.

I have tried this going through your process and says discord now has the permissions to connect the accounts. It then opened a new tab trying to connect them and has said: "Failed to connect your Xbox account to Discord" with no error code at all when tried on both PC and Mobile.

My NAT is open, and my Xbox is connected to my router directly with a network cable. Like I said, this issue doesn’t occur with Xbox voice chat, only when I join a discord channel on Xbox, either via transferring it or joining directly from the Xbox discord menu. None of my other friends have this issue, as they’re on pc and connected to discord directly. I can also connect to discord on my phone and use my phone mic and don’t have that issue, despite that being wifi.

Thus, it seems to be the discord on Xbox system, which is extremely disappointing.

My router is a Belkin Enhanced Wireless Router. Model:F6D4230. My modem is a Terayon Tj715x. I have already tried connecting my xbox directly to the modem, but it doesn't connect to live. When i test xbox live connection when connected directly to the modem,
it says i am not connected to the Network, Internet, and Xbox Live. My firmware is up to date, and UPnP has always been enabled. Also, my NAT type has always been open.

I have no tried to connect it to my phone and I don't have a PC.

Plus, it says it's connected through a power supply when it's not. I couldn't revert the firmware because it says it's connected to a power supply, and then when I actually connect it, my xbox tells me that two devices can't be connected at once (even though there's only one controller connected).

The controller has been glitching so hard that it's impossible to navigate anything on my xbox. This happened out of no where. The controller has not been dropped nor tampered with.
