When I click my Xbox home button to change apps the dashboard scrolls to the right?

hit the Xbox home button scroll all the way to your right go down twice to system settings click on it scroll down to Account click on it click on sign-in security & passkey click instant sign-in and change to nobody click this controller signs in and change to nobody

From your home screen click on the My Games & Apps tile. If you scroll to the right you should find the Internet Explorer app. You can then click Menu and "Pin to Home". Hope this helps!

Please Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide page. Scroll down to System then choose Settings and click on Personalization, scroll down and choose My home Xbox. Now click on Make this
my home Xbox to make this console as your Home.

Try removing the update from your HDD and re-installing it.
