You would need to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site to see if that is something they can do.

i bought the season pass tonight at game stop, when i got home i entered the code in ,it gave me 1200 points but i cant find the season pass anywhere,im new to this can any one help me

I had recently played COD 4 online and i got into an obviously modded match were a guy from my team was firing a shotgun without stopping and the points per kill gave ludiculous amounts.

After the match was over my XP points for that game were literally OVER 9000!! And got me back to rank 1 when i was at 36, and now every playlist is blocked for me.

Wath does this mean? It doesnt seem i got banned from xboxlive because after that i played some halo reach matchmaking games.

Is it temporary because im really concerned.
