    when i am trying to pay for the game pass it doesn't let me change my country from india...


    when i go to select my country in the payment the zone with the slider is grey'd out and there is no description on the page. I looked at my pc settings and in my microsoft account settings and it says switzerland on both places.

    I am from India and have the exact same issue. If I change my XBox region to US, I can play the game. Else, it does not work and tells me to buy the game from the store.

    This is unacceptable MS! We are paying Gold subscribers.

    Cannot Upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate from Xbox Gold Live

    Check if the store region is in India. If it is, change it to a different country save the settings, restart the console and change it back to India then try redeeming it again.

    If that doesn't work, then I'm afraid the Gold you have isn't from India. I'm sorry about that.

    It doesn't matter where you
    live, it matters where the product was purchased.
    and also I am a registered Xbox customer from India only.
    Registering on a site from a country does not magically make all products you purchased fall under that country's warranty.



    There are products that come with international warranties. The 360 is not one of them.

    Are you accidentally trying to buy a game while you have set the website or the console to a different country that doesn't match your credit card's address country?

    For example: Your credit card address is from India and you are trying to buy a game while on the US Xbox website or you have set the Xbox language to English USA instead of India?
