May I ask what is happening or error message when you are trying to play your Xbox? Is it happening on a specific hours or time only?

If there are any message about a restriction it could be that your account has been added to a Microsoft family and a device restriction has placed on your account. To check, try signing in your account as well via https://account.microsoft.com/family page.

But if the error message is different, please let us know so we can try to assist further.

I have 2 battery packs both charged and also tried with regular batteries, the xbox itself won't let me sync? It's not the controllers I'm certain of that, why isn't my xbox trying to sync when I press the sync button?

Not tried either mate, I joined some friends that were already in a squad/game yesterday with no issues and the games run fine.If your around and want to try this week mate let me know, I won't be playing today as I'm now waiting impatiently for a certain
demo to appear lol.

I get that message whenever I try to open up my membership tab on the Xbox 360. I'm 100% sure I'm on the correct account. I even just made another account and purchased the bundle again and I get the same result. I have tried deleting and redownloading my profile. I've even tried transferring it to a USB. But I get the same result. For example, I tried to play Black Ops 1 on my xbox one on that account, it works, I'm able to find a game and all. But when I tried it on the xbox 360, it won't find a game, it'll automatically put me in a game by myself and it won't let me join the games of the players i just played with on the xbox one.

yes I've tried this but when i try to enter in the Serial number it won't let me enter the whole number to be able to register it to find parts
