    Yes there is currently high traffic to xcl.xbox.com i would recommend trying again later in the day or tomorrow.

    Hi there, Whereas fact that we can't change our gamertag for a while due to the high traffic on the servers, this might the answer. I think you should wait a little more, when servers back up to normal you might try again.
