When ever I try to install a game error 0x80070005

Windows is up to date and everything is how it should be but error 0x80070005 popped up out of no where and does not allow me to download games

0x80070005 pops up I've seen different types of error come up that are similar one of the fixes is to uninstall the game installer but that option does not work for whatever reasons and all other recommended fixes have not worked

Please, try repairing the installation.

Press the Windows Key+X > Select Apps > Search for XBOX > Advanced > Repair

Then follow these next steps:

Please, open the Terminal window and type in: sfc /scannow

If any error is found, follow the prompts to fix it.

Nothing actually fix this.
In another game I get this error: 0x80070005

It doesn't show this error when installing on the main drive where OS installed, but only when installing in another ssd.

Update: Gaming services is finally installed after hours. Still an error when trying to download a big game (Sea of Thieves is the one I am trying to download). But now it gives another error code: 0x80070005. This is very annoying, trying to get this
fixed for days now.

same here, I have xbox game pass for my pc, and im trying to install games through the Xbox app but when its finished downloading, it says ''error 0x80070005, i was trying to look online for help and nothing.

Ok i did what you said but it's still not letting me launch the game, also side note I can no longer install new games but can still reinstall the games i currently have. the error code i get when i try to instal a new game is '0x80070005'.
