    When ever I attempt to download a game from the xbox app store, it makes my PC blue screen


    So has anyone had this issue before? As the title says when I attempt to download a game from the Xbox app on PC, my computer bluescreens instantly and the blue screen error code reads "Page Fault in Non-Paged Area" I've been troubleshooting this all day, I've done all the basic steps the tech support has suggested, I"ve even re-installed windows, I've entered some commands into Powershell, I've uninstalled the Xbox app from the uninstall tab in settings, I've run the troubleshooting program for store apps, everything is updated from drivers to windows, I've restarted the computer(novel thought I know) but three phone calls, 4 specialist chats later which by the way the links they give don't reconnect you, I have 4 dead links. I have no idea why this is occurring. It doesn't occur with anything other than the Xbox app. Thoughts?

    We're sorry to hear that you were having issues downloading game from Xbox App and had BSOD. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

    To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

    May we ask if you happen to have installed or run an antivirus in your PC?

    When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?

    Would you mind recording the issue you were having? You may upload the video on any drive and make it public so we can check on it. Then you may share the link through - Private message.

    There is a known issue for BSOD among Xbox Game Pass subscribers in terms of launching the app as it would give them BSOD. To fix that a recent update was release for everyone. While checking your concern, the concern you had was during installation of the game from the Xbox app. So you may consider installing updates for your PC and Xbox apps.

    Store App, Xbox (beta) App and Xbox Console Companion App with the account that owns the subscription.
    Are you attempting to install the game from the Xbox (beta) App? Are you able to begin the installation when you try downloading the game from the Microsoft Store App? Is this issue occurring with any other Xbox Game Pass for PC games? Be sure
