When Does Xbox Live Rewards coming to other countries? (Ex. Israel etc.)

so I wondered when does xbox live rewards coming to Israel because I don't have money and I have some pretty high Gamerscore and I wanna spend it.

When will Israel join Xbox live rewards?

While we do add countries from time to time, we do not announce ahead of time when and what countries will be added. When we do add countries, we announce their inclusion on our twitter, @XboxLiveRewards.

 

There is no official word on if/when the program will be released in other coutries.

FYI, gamerscore has no monetary value and cannot be used to make purchases, even with the Rewards program.
