When does MyVIP % Back get calculated in?

I'm not sure if I'm reading it wrong but it looks like % back on purchases applies to all purchases made on the store and it says something else about being updated every 72 hours... so if I buy something via the store 2 weeks ago why has it not been applied
to my reward credits?

£20 away from VIP 4 but spent nearly £200?

Hi The Cloud Beast. Smwutches is correct. Since your latest spend was on consumables, those do not get calculated into MyVIP progress. Dead Rising 4 was pre-ordered, so it also does not qualify for MyVIP, however it did go towards the Games on Demand punchcard
and Credits were awarded for that purchase.

 

No Credit For Purchases

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. When we award these Credits, they are back-dated to the last day of the month, so that you know that it is a sum of your month's MyVIP Credits.

 

Progress towards your next star level is updated about 96 hours after you make the purchase. VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. They calculated the purchases altogether instead of after each individual
purchase.
