    I am an alpha preview member. I have reported this issue several times now. I cannot play Destiny. Several, dozens of dozens of players are having the same issue and have asked the same question. No questions dating back to the beginning of February have
    been answered in forum or to my knowledge addressed. I've been unheard...

    I have COMPLETED YOUR PREVIEW SURVEYS, ANSWERED all the MICROSOFT QUESTIONNAIRES about how "great" the new dashboard is. RATED YOUR NEW SOFTWARE, ANSWERED YOU. How about doing me a solid and giving me the SAME RESPECT and ANSWER MY QUESTION. When will
    I be able to PLAY the GAME I PAID $$$ MONEY for and OWN?!!! It's been weeks!

    Does anyone else get this glitch?

    Yup, I've had it. Trick is to switch weapon and back again, it resets the crosshair graphic.

    This doesn't happen everyday, but there are some days where it happens every single online game I play. The crosshair (the dot in the middle that you use to aim) doesn't show up and it gets kinda hard for me to aim. Does anyone else get this glitch and is
    there a way to fix it?

    A fix was sent out last night at around 9 pm EST. If your system has not already updated then be sure to head to settings then system and check your updates to force it.

    Hi there as far as the license transfer thats not available on xbox one, as far as the home console i believe it would be the same as xbox 3 per year.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    They cannot assist with enforcement, but they can till you if you still have an active enforcement action not showing on the website.

    Xbox has a link to how to opt out from the preview program.

    "What should I do if I want to stop participating in the program?

    If you decide that you don't want to get Preview updates anymore you can opt out in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You won't be removed from the program right away; it won't happen until the current update is released to the general public. If you change
    your mind, you can always re-register your console later using the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview program:

    Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    Select Registration.

    Under Manage flights, select Change.

    Note If you have more than one console in the program, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

    Under Manage programs, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

    If you run into any issues, post in the private Xbox Early Access forums for help.

    Note Your console won't be removed from the program until the current Preview update is released to the general public, so it won't happen right away. Until then, your console's status will show as Pending."

    Your posts are indeed being seen. As an Ambassador, you are aware that we are just community volunteers and each of us has a different set of knowledge and skills to bring to the table. Somebody who has knowledge to help you with this issue will answer,
    even if it's someone from official support when they view the forum (you'll notice the posts by Misses Quinzel in several of the threads on this page).
