Credits Not Being Deposited (15,500)

I did see that, but when they are scheduled for deposit depends on when they became pending. You can see when they became pending on your statement on the MyRewards section of the site. If they did not deposit with yesterday's deposit, then they were most
likely not earned in time for that deposit and would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12.

Points deposit around the 15th and 30th of each month, but not on those exact days. This month the first deposit date was November 9th, the second deposit will likely be around November 24th-29th.

The staff will have to review your account to see if there is an issue or other item causing a delay. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

We only do deposits at the middle and end of the month. Your Credits were deposited yesterday. When you are scheduled for a deposit, the button to request a deposit is removed, since you are already scheduled for a deposit.

We only do scheduled deposits in the middle and end of the month. Depending on when you asked for your early deposit, it may not have been able to be scheduled and processed in time for your expected deposit date. As Smwutches says, we only schedule deposits
automatically at 5000 or more Credits. Based on the dates of your Credit events, I do not foresee any issue with you receiving your deposit in the mid-December deposit cycle.

Early deposit is only available when you have between 1000 and 5000 points. "Early" means before reaching the 5000 mark that triggers an auto deposit.

Next deposit is scheduled for 12/04.

I' aware. It doesn't deposit my credits at all and I cannot do it manually they just sit there and have done for a few auto deposits now.
