    when do rewards suppose to go on your account


    i pre ordered 3 games on the punch card on the first of this month it's been 19 days and my 15,000 rewards credits are still not added when will they go on my xbox account

    heya!

    I have 10,250 rewards on my account and suppose to automatically be deposited to my Microsoft account either on the 15th or 30th of each month, I earned these rewards on the 19th so was expecting them today? The 30th March. Do they go in at a certain time?
    There’s no request date because of course I have over 5000 so there’s no button to request or anything as it’s suppose to be automatic?

    I was sent an email getting 20 points added to my account for my birthday. Once I check my rewards account I found out that I am suppose to have 120 points added with 40 points pending. When am I suppose to get this points added so i can use them?

    when do rewards suppose to go on your account

    Punches should show about 96 hours after the purchase. If you're not seeings any punches, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum so they can look into it for you. Credits for the offer should show as pending about 96 hours after all 3 games
    have been released.

    ok thanks cause about 2 months ago i done the punch card and about 3 or 4 days i had my 15 dollars it's been 21 days and still not added and it's showed up on the site and every thing thanks again for the reply as u can see here

    Sorry, I misunderstood. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and
    15th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. Since you got those on the 1st, they'd be scheduled to deposit on the 26th.

    The transferrence of Points & Gems to your new Microsoft Rewards.
